Nan Shipley has been selling real estate since 2006, and established Shipley Realty after an 11 year partnership with Rand Realty. She has extensive experience with townhouses, as well as co-ops and condos. She has a long list of references which she is always happy to share. Nan is happily married to an Urgent Care physician, and they have three boys ranging from 22 years to 29 years old. They have raised them in Manhattan, and she has extensive knowledge of the private school sector as well as the public school realm. Nan and her family have 4 dogs, all rescued from various shelter groups. In addition to her “day job”, Nan is the co-chair of the board of the not-for-profit Food Education Fund, supporting high school students passionate about food.
