Ami Schulman is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years in the Real Estate industry. She joins the William B. May team as an independent Licensed Real Estate Broker, Franchisee directly from Halstead Property where for 24 years she was a Senior Vice President. Ami’s long tenure supports her understanding of the ever changing requirements of the complete Real Estate transaction -- be it coop, condominium, rental or town home. With an honest, focused approach she has cultivated a customer/client base primarily through personal referrals, and gives each her full attention. As a Rebny member, Ami continually strives to professionalize. From White Plains, New York, Ami attended Boston University and graduated with a degree in Communications. After moving to Manhattan in 1980 she began her career at a small Real Estate firm. She currently resides on the Upper East Side with her college bound children and owns a home in East Hampton. Her other family members are also notable Real Estate professionals. Ami owns, renovates, manages and leases condominium units throughout the city. With her background and complete experience, she brings integrity, energy and freshness to this evolving industry.
