Patricia Cannon

Patricia was born and raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and brought up her son in the neighborhood. In fact, she and her husband own a co-op on Shore Road, just steps from where she was born. After many years of working in the manufacturing and hospitality industries, she chose real estate as a second career. Because real estate is essentially a “hospitality “field, the move proved to be a natural transition.

Efficient, energetic, and resourceful are just some of the attributes that Patricia brings to buyers and sellers. Armed with this get-up-and-go outlook, she is able to weave the real estate process (which as times can be quite a maze) into a smooth and pleasant experience.

Patricia enjoys all that the various Brooklyn communities have to offer. She can tell you about the great shops and restaurants along Boerum Hill’s Smith Street as well as the outdoor summer concerts held along Bay Ridge’s Shore Road. Friends and acquaintances are happy to refer business to her, and she is excited about finding homes for people in the borough she is so fond of.
