Evelyn Katz

As a native New Yorker, Evelyn knows the heart and pulse of the city and will show her clients the best properties in their desired location. After more than twenty years in the business and academic world Evelyn made a very smooth and natural transition into real estate. She excels out in the field with her strong interpersonal skills, boundless enthusiasm and energy, and keen business and marketing knowledge. Evelyn is eager to help her customers and clients with all of their real estate needs. While Evelyn and her husband raised their two sons in Manhattan, they bought and sold several cooperative apartments, and Evelyn served on a co-op board. She will share with her clients her “inside knowledge” of the city and building politics to give them every advantage she can. She devotes time freely to philanthropic and civic organizations in an effort to give back to our great city. Evelyn will effectively assist buyers and sellers in achieving their desired goals.
