Lawrence Treglia offers nearly 20 years of experience in luxury residential real estate. Since 2002, Lawrence has sold a vast range of properties, with a primary focus on cooperatives and luxury condominiums. He has developed an in-depth understanding of various buildings and neighborhoods throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. In addition to resale property experience, Lawrence played an integral role as the Associate Sales Director of Manhattan House at 200 East 66th Street on the Upper East Side, one of the largest condominium conversion projects in the country. In 2012, Lawrence acted as the Co-Director of Sales and aided in the successful sell out of a new development project at 305 West 16th Street in Chelsea. He also offers his clients invaluable insight into the downtown market and has a strong knowledge of the intricacies that each neighborhood has to offer. As a resident of Brooklyn Heights for the past seven years, Lawrence has experienced firsthand the tremendous growth in the many varied Brooklyn neighborhoods. Lawrence is highly respected among the brokerage community and widely recognized for his keen focus on achieving his clients' goals and investments. Clients appreciate his dedication, discretion, and ethical business standards. As a REBNY member, Lawrence serves on the Residential Sales Committee and is certified NYRS. Raised in Connecticut, Lawrence currently resides on the Upper East Side. He is a graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.
