After her tenure as a top producer at her first firm year-over-year for the first four years of her career, Kristin then went on to co-found a boutique real estate brokerage where she was CEO and President. After three successful years, her firm joined forces with a well-respected 600-agent brokerage, where she was named a Director of Sales, formerly Kristin Thomas-Senior.
