David Greczek

David Greczek joined One & Only Realty in March 2015 and immediately became an integral part of the company's multidimensional team.  David started his real estate career in 2007 with one of New York's top brokerages. His natural charisma and a keen eye for interior design, made his transition into the new career seamless. He was accepted to one of Manhattan's most elite teams, where he jumped start his successful career fueled by his passion for real estate.

David worked on multiple New Development projects and became an expert in luxury residential projects. One of his specialties is to provide renovation project management services for his clients. He can easily communicate with architects, interior designer, and contractors and possesses an established network of such professionals including city's expeditors. He also offers relocation and investment services.

David is currently resides in Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan. He used to live in Spain and Japan for several years and continues to travel extensively. David graduated from Dickinson College with degrees in Spanish and Policy Studies.
