David Delaney

Having worked with high volume NYC sale and rental properties since 2002, David is equipped with the vast knowledge and skills required to navigate through the ever changing real estate market. He joined the award winning Cole Team in spring of 2016.  Referred once to having a "Marine Corp style discipline" by a satisfied customer, he works with diligence and integrity while equally balancing patience, compassion and a dash of humor often required in this business. In 2022 David moved to Los Angeles where he continues to work remotely for The Cole Team.

Originally from the New Hampshire seacoast, David moved to NYC in 1997 with a degree in music theory and composition and vocal performance to become an advanced member of The BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theater Writing Workshop and continues to write and tickle the ivories whenever he can.
