JoAnne Kennedy

An icon in the Manhattan residential real estate world, JoAnne Kennedy has been in the business since 1978, first as sales agent, then broker, and co-owner and COO of Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy, a company that grew to 3 offices and 200 agents.  Responding to the 2009 recession and drastic drop in business JoAnne and partners closed the company but remained in the business.  JoAnne moved with many of her agents to Manhattan’s top firm, the Corcoran Group where she is a SVP and actively selling again.  When not obsessed with real estate, JoAnne enjoys her friends and family, New York’s cultural offerings, and weekend at her country home in Stormville, New York
