Richard Sackmann

With two decades of professional real estate experience, Richard has a proven track record in luxury sales, leasing and property management. He is the founder of Harbor Properties International LLC. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Richard began his career in East Hampton, NY, managing and selling beachfront co-op properties for Dune Resorts. After relocating to NYC, he leased more than a thousand luxury apartments for the Brodsky Organization, one of the city's largest landlords. In 2007, Richard broke into new development sales with The Visionaire in Battery Park City, developed by the Albanese Organization and Starwood Capital. Following on that success, he helped launch sales for the brand-new 50 West Street, developed by Time Equities. In 2017, Richard launched a new real estate brokerage, Harbor Properties International LLC, with a focus on helping buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants navigate the world of luxury sales and rentals.
