Coming out of 10 years in the hospitality business, Danielle understands the complexities of a service-based industry. She comprehends the fluidity of a deal, and with it, the necessity to listen and to adjust to new challenges as they present themselves enabling difficult deals to close.

Danielle has a lifelong passion for Manhattan and loves spending time exploring every inch of the city, diving into its rich history, architecture, and searching for all the wonderful little nuances that make each neighborhood so special and unique.

Although born in Alberta, Canada, Danielle Pessis comes from three generations of New Yorkers. She grew up outside of San Francisco and has just reached her 19th year mark in New York. She enjoys going to museums, the theatre, attending the opera and spends her free time running in Central Park or roaming the city she loves.
