Justin Rubinstein

Over the course of his 22-year career, Justin Rubinstein has successfully negotiated

more than $1 Billion in residential real estate transactions across New York City. His

clients include owners and purchasers of some of Manhattan’s most recognizable

properties, including The Time Warner Center, 56 Leonard, The Apthorp, One Madison,

150 Charles, Madison Square Park Tower, The Four Seasons Residences, 15 Central

Park West, Walker Tower, The Cortland, landmarked West Village townhouses, and new

development penthouses. In each instance, his clients have come away from the

experience with a strong appreciation for Justin’s negotiating acumen, his dedication,

and his expertise.

Justin’s experience extends beyond brokerage. In 2009, during one of the market’s

most challenging periods, he founded JDL Management, an investment and property

management firm focused on acquiring and operating residential real estate in

Manhattan and Brooklyn. The company has grown to own and/or oversee more than

100 properties. The experience of starting and managing this initiative has given Justin,

and consequently his clients, a distinct competitive advantage when sourcing

investment property deals.

Justin is frequently asked to speak at real estate panels at various institutions, including

the Real Estate Board of New York, the Yale Club, the University of Virginia McIntire

School of Commerce, and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Justin

graduated from the University of Virginia, where he walked on to the football team as a

defensive end. Justin is a member of the University of Virginia Club of New York, and is

involved in City Meals and Blood Cancer United In 2012, Justin was extremely fortunate

to be a genetic match to his brother who had been diagnosed with Leukemia and

provided a life-saving stem cell transplant.
