For the last 20 years Fern was a real estate investor who bought and sold real estate throughout the NY Metropolitan Area. Of critical importance are her strong communication skills, including her experience and ability to successfully deal and communicate with people from a wide range of countries, cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. In her first year as a real estate agent, she sold 10 Million dollars in real estate transactions and became a broker. Fern earned her bachelor's degree from CUNY, and her master's from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. She has traveled the world to many countries including Italy, France, Greece, England, Egypt and Canada, speaks French and Arabic fluently, and also understands Italian and Hebrew. She is a REBNY and NYRS member. She volunteers for the Susan Komen foundation and both Fern and her husband always volunteer for youth organizations. She is also a member of MCC Manhattan Chambers of Commerce, NAR and Fiabci. She is a proud mother of three young adults.
