New York City real estate broker Martine Gerard has built her reputation on delivering impeccable service as she guides her international and local clients to their goals with result-driven strategies. Originally from Paris, a strong international worldview and understanding of global markets is central to Martine's approach.

As co-founder of The Scully Gerard Team, she works with sellers, buyers and investors, both foreign and domestic. The fact that her buyers have purchased properties sight unseen is emblematic of the deep trust she inspires.

Prior to entering the New York City real estate industry 15 years ago, Martine worked for the French Government Tourist Office in New York, directing advertising and marketing communications for 10 years before launching her own destination PR/marketing firm.

Martine has lived in New York City since college, and she and her architect husband were at the forefront of the loft development era in their former SoHo and Tribeca neighborhoods. When not hard at work, she can be found spending time with her family and enjoying art, architecture, music and biking all over the city.
