Since 1998, Erica Sullivan has represented sellers and buyers in all types of residential real estate transactions, including brownstones, condos, co-ops, rentals, and other investment properties with unmatched expertise and passion. After 20 years working as an Associate Broker in New York City at Stribling & Assoc., Douglas Elliman and Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy, Erica launched Sullivan Properties in 2017, specializing in the downtown Brooklyn market. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of real estate inventory in Brooklyn where she’s resided for 48 years, and she delivers her unique personalized service to each client. Prior to real estate, Erica enjoyed a 20-year career as a model, after being discovered by a fashion designer’s assistant while a student at New York City College of Technology and working part-time in retail. This gave Erica the opportunity to travel the world and work with top tastemakers from designers to photographers, while enriching her education and providing her with an ability to discern value and work with diverse cultures. Every day, Erica taps into the knowledge and experience she’s gained as she works with her real estate clients.
