Christopher Scianni

Christopher Scianni is a native New Yorker. With his expertise and lifelong knowledge of Manhattan, Chris educates his clients on the market, the special characteristics of the many neighborhoods, and the intricacies of the real estate process. Chris is respected for his discretion, his high level of client service, and sharp negotiating skills. Chris joined Coleman Real Estate Group after 5 successful years at Brown Harris Stevens. Prior to practicing real estate, he spent many years in the music industry, touring as the project manager in many musical groups and performing globally with such bands as Dangerman, Echobrain, and The John McEnroe Band. Transferring street savvy and negotiating skills from the intense music field was a seamless segue way into New York real estate. He’s an Ivy League self starter with a proven track record, an entrepreneurial spirit and a dynamic personality that forges constructive relationships. Just as skilled on the court, Chris has spent time as a tennis pro at the East Hampton Indoor Tennis Club on Long Island, coaching kids and adults and sharing his skills. His extensive network of friends and business associates dates back to his high school and college years at Friends Seminary, Trinity School and Brown University.
