A specialist in luxury properties, for over 20 years, Jessica Ushan has brokered sales in fine cooperatives and condominiums such as the Park Cinq on Fifth Avenue, 860 United Nations Plaza, 15 Central Park West and over 200 sales at The Sovereign where she was the on site broker specialist for 11 years.

Jessica is known for her professionalism, and is widely respected for her integrity not only by buyers, and sellers but also by the other agents in this highly competitive field. She has received numerous awards for consistently being a top agent and won “Deal of the Year” in 2003 from the Real Estate Board of New York and most recently, one of the “50 Top Agents in NYC.”

Jessica is noted for achieving the highest possible prices for her sellers through her pricing, marketing, comprehensive knowledge and negotiating skills.

Jessica graduated with honors from Hofstra University and has a MBS from Boston College. Jessica and her husband live on the upper east side of Manhattan and have a home in Quogue where they enjoy tennis, swimming, gardening and constant home improvement projects.
