Michael Brooks

Michael Brooks joined MNS upon its inception in 2003, bringing his skills and experience as a sales, marketing and business development professional to the company. Over the past thirteen years, he has been the company's top producing agent, winning the distinguished agent of the year award six times. He was also named one of the top real estate agents in Brooklyn by The Real Deal. Michael is known as a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who is constantly striving for excellence. He works with real estate developers, helping them to create and implement successful sales and marketing strategies for their new development and conversion projects. He has been the lead consultant and project manager for sixteen new condominium developments. Michael also brings a consultative approach to his work with individual buyers and sellers. He places an emphasis on listening to clients, working to crystallize their criteria and ultimately help them identify the right home or purchaser for their condominium, co-op or townhouse. A graduate of Georgetown University, Michael was born and raised in Manhattan and currently resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
