Quinn Hagstrand’s belief that “if you put out positive energy you attract a positive response back” is the foundation of how he approaches your uniquely personal real estate business. Ever confident, enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated in meeting clients’ needs, Quinn faces each individual situation head on then tailors a focused course of action to attain the best results. Whether you are buying, selling or renting a home, Quinn strives not only to listen but build upon your wish list by presenting options and solutions you may not have otherwise considered. He is not in it just to “close” a transaction; he is in it to inform, advise and guide clients to inspire the most educated decisions, and cement strong relationships. A native New Yorker from upstate near Albany, Quinn came to New York City to pursue musical theater. He has lived in many areas of the city, from Manhattan’s Lower East Side to Williamsburg, Park Slope, and Prospect Heights in Brooklyn where he currently calls home. His deep interest in real estate was realized after his customer service-driven career in hospitality and spa management where he honed his attention to detail and keen interpersonal skills. Still passionate about the theater, Quinn also loves music having trained for many years in classical piano and voice. Outside of work he additionally stays active through hiking excursions and running religiously. He is a member of the New York Road Runners Club. While Quinn does love to travel, he is just as intrigued by exploring the special niches found throughout New York City.
