Denise Lachance

Denise is an integral part of one of New York's most successful real estate teams. Her success in the business is driven by her philosophical devotion to customer satisfaction, a tenet that has been ingrained in her since childhood. Denise started her education in real estate early on by accompanying her father, a successful builder and developer, on visits to his various properties and projects, always paying close attention to every aspect of the enterprise from the initial walk-through to the final sale.

Denise earned a B.S./B.A. and a law degree from Boston University, and for nearly ten years she specialized in corporate and regulatory work for health care institutions and practitioners. Denise’s acute communication skills were developed through her daily interaction with families and physicians, which became a valuable skill for relaying hyper-technical information to lay persons. The transactional nature of her practice required Denise to become a skilled negotiator. Acting as a trusted advisor in both the business and the personal side of health care, she continues to translate these skills into her real estate practice.
