Steven Rubin

Originally from Northern New Jersey, Steve Rubin resides on the Upper West Side where he focuses much of his real estate business. He is also well versed in many areas of the city, including the Upper East Side, Midtown East, Midtown West, Chelsea, Harlem and Washington Heights. Before joining Corcoran, Steve worked in sales and marketing in the hospitality trade and prior to that NYC's competitive Garment Center. His real estate success over the past 16 years is attributed to strong long term relationships with landlords, building managers, and past clients based on trust, hard work, and excellent customer service.
