Born and bred in New York, Mary earned her BA degree in Psychology from C.W. Post College, where she graduated cum laude. After earning her MBA in Finance from Fordham University, she held executive positions in banking prior to transferring her knowledge to residential sales. Mary’s involvement in all facets of real estate for the past 35 years fuels her effectiveness in helping achieve clients’ goals and exceed their expectations.
Mary has served on the Board of the Real Estate Lenders Association, the Association of Real Estate Women (AREW), the AREW Charitable Fund, the Young Mortgage Bankers Association and the New York Women’s Agenda. She has also supported several local philanthropic organizations including the Bowery Mission, Kid’s with a Promise, Blue Hill Troupe and the college scholarship programs of New England Society in the City of New York. Mary’s love of dance has also inspired inspired her fundraising for Dancing Classrooms which teaches New York City public grade school children the art of dance for free.
Mary works alongside her husband of 25 years, Harry Chung, at Douglas Elliman.
