Howard has been one of Douglas Elliman’s leading brokers who has directed sell-out sales programs of over $1 billion for many noteworthy properties including the conversion of the Manhattan House at 200 E. 66th Street, and The Apthorp Condominium located at 390 West End Avenue in New York City. At the time it was acquired, Manhattan House was the second most expensive sale of a rental building converted into condominiums.

An active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Mr. Margolis frequently delivers speeches and offers his expertise stemming from his extensive experience in the Manhattan real estate market.
