Stephanie Rappoport

With over twenty years of distinguished real estate experience and more than $500 million in closed transactions, Stephanie is a recognized expert in Manhattan specializing in cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses and investment properties. A native New Yorker with an international worldview, Stephanie started her real estate career in 2000 following previous roles in management consulting based in both London and New York. As a sharp negotiator with keen insight, Stephanie is incredibly adept at assessing opportunities and guiding clients through the process of making solid financial investments. She views her role from a holistic standpoint and conducts her work with integrity, discretion and unfailing professionalism. Combined with her uniquely empathetic and intuitive approach, Stephanie exemplifies a level of sophistication rare in the industry. Stephanie is a long-time resident of the Upper East Side where she attended Nightingale-Bamford. She is an alum of L’Instituit Le Rosey and holds a degree in psychology from NYU. She attended graduate school at Columbia University Teachers College and pursued additional language studies at Uppsala University, Stockholm University in Sweden, Universidad de Complutense in Madrid, Spain as well as graduate studies in sociology and art history at the University of London. Stephanie is heavily involved in nonprofit and community work. She is an art and architecture aficionado who enjoys running the reservoir in Central Park, travelling and spending time at her home in the Hamptons. Her daughter attends the Hewitt School. Stephanie is conversant in Spanish, French and Swedish.
