A native of Manhattan, Carter spent much of his childhood living abroad in Spain on the Costa Del Sol and is equally adept in English and Spanish. He launched his real estate career in Miami Beach, Florida, where he quickly ascended from a sales associate to Director of Sales and Marketing for Coldwell Banker All Nations Realty there. Through his hundreds of transactions, he became expert in negotiating real estate contracts, always keeping the needs of his clients’ top of mind.

At Douglas Elliman, Carter runs a team and has been awarded the Chairman’s Gold Circle award signifying top 5% of all Douglas Elliman Agents . Never content with being average, Carter has gone on to higher education in real estate. He has several real estate designations which are equivalent to a master’s in Real Estate.
