Entering the field of real estate in 1988, Mark was quick to learn the business and was awarded with his first management position in less than two years time. In addition to being a Top Negotiator and Lister, Mark’s continued learning and desire to be the best have lead to the equivalency of a Masters Degree in Real Estate Administration. Specializing in residential sales and rentals, he has also worked as a relocation consultant, helping corporate clients move their employees and families both nationally and internationally.

This unrivalled experience and the progression of Mark’s career were recognized and rewarded when he was invited by one of the U.K.'s largest real estate firms to assist in the start-up of a new real estate business. This opportunity enabled Mark to utilize his strong business acumen in the new business venture. In this position he was also able to execute his business savvy and strategically helped the company to convert struggling deficit centers into profitable businesses. Under his management, these centers doubled their number of sales.

His perseverance and constant enjoyment of challenge was matched when he relocated to Scotland, where lawyers accommodate both the legal and selling aspects of real estate practice. This necessitated in Mark learning a new way of doing business. Working in the capital, Edinburgh, he very quickly championed the Scottish system of real estate and earned the position as Head of Property Sales for one of the cities most reputable and established law firms. Consistent with his past performances, Mark broke his own record by doubling the number of transactions within 12 months. The firm was highly acclaimed as the Market Leader in real estate sales.

Always looking for exciting opportunities, Mark sought to explore new horizons and crossed the Atlantic to New York City and joined Brown Harris Stevens. His work in the Manhattan residential real estate arena now parallels his prior successes.
