Fabrizio Uberti-Bona

Having been in the United States for more than 26 years, Fabrizio quickly realized his calling and pursued a career in residential real estate. A former seasoned and well-rounded agent with expertise in various facets of the business, he continually demonstrates exceptional market knowledge, innovative marketing skills and sharp negotiating as evidenced by the outstanding results he achieves.

After a few years into his career, he transitioned from a real estate agent to an on-site sales professional where he represented many of Manhattan's first class properties before quickly becoming one of NYC’s top sales agents, where he worked with numerous International clients and many who relocate to New York for work from around the US. He went on to serve as sales manager for MNS before being recruited by Citi Habitats as a Senior Managing Director, where he trained and coached agents in five offices while assisting managing and growing their sales business. Fabrizio brought experience and knowledge of the market while also offering practical guidance to agents at all stages of their careers.

He was then hired by Extell as a Regional Sales Director, where he perfected his extensive experience with luxury properties in new developments in the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets.

Fluent in Italian and English, Fabrizio works extensively with an international clientele. His worldwide travel and experiences in other countries including Italy, France, Switzerland, Korea, Spain and England have afforded him excellent relationships and strong connections with international real estate investors, networking groups, and global real estate agencies alike.

In the most recent years he became a local real estate specialist, investor and business owner in Brooklyn, where he just bought a townhouse where he’s starting his family. He is a fully licensed real estate broker in NY and FL, and he is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY.
