Originally from Westchester County, NY, Matt has lived on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, the West Village and in Gramercy since 1997. His office borders Flatiron and Chelsea, but with over 300 real estate transactions under Matt's belt, he boasts an encyclopedic knowledge of all Manhattan neighborhoods.

Matt holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida, and pursued Masters studies at FIT’s Gallery and Retail Art Administration program. He and his wife live on the Upper West Side and enjoy spending as much time as possible with their kids in Central Park. Matt’s favorite hobbies also include visiting museums and art galleries and practicing his Spanish. And if he can help it, Matt never misses a Yankees, Rangers, Knicks, or Giants game – the sign of a true New Yorker!
