Jeremiah LoRusso brings over 18 years of experience in New York City real estate, specializing in luxury rentals, investment properties, and asset management. Growing up with a deep-rooted understanding of construction and design, he learned the trades firsthand from his father, a custom home builder. While craftsmanship came naturally, Jeremiah’s passion led him to the business side of real estate.

After earning his degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Jeremiah built a distinguished career in NYC real estate. As a former Team Leader at Douglas Elliman, he led a high-performing team, advised investors on condos, coops, and multifamily buildings, and negotiated record-breaking luxury leases at prestigious addresses such as The Pierre Hotel. He later joined Oxford Property Group, where he continues to represent buyers, sellers, and investors in high-end transactions across the city.

With expertise in investment analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio management, Jeremiah provides clients with strategic market insights to maximize returns.
