Susan Landau Abrams

Consistently ranked amongst Coldwell Banker Warburg’s top producers, Susan is a Licensed Associate Broker and represents private individuals and developers. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the Manhattan marketplace and has been cited as a real estate expert by The New York Times, The New York Post, New York Magazine, Wall Street Journal and Forbes. She has also appeared on NBC’s luxury property show Open House. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Warburg as a residential real estate broker, Susan practiced Real Estate Law.
