Some of Giampiero's creative trophies: ??“The Bloomberg Building,” One Beacon Court, Penthouse 53W: Acquired on behalf of an investor, Penthouse 53W is a spectacular 5,000 square foot-apartment that Giampiero leased from 2006-2009 before selling it with a leveraged return of 203%.
The Abingdon, 320 West 12th Street, Penthouse East: Giampiero assembled this penthouse—one of the largest in all of downtown Manhattan—during pre-construction, by combining three floors totaling close to 10,000 square feet. The property is a rare jewel located in the heart of one of the most charming and desirable neighborhoods in New York, the West Village. ??The Plaza Residences, 1 Central Park South, Multiple Units: Giampiero assembled one of the largest apartments in New York’s legendary Plaza Hotel by combining four apartments into one (units 309-311-313-315). Upon completion, the new unit totaled over 11,300 square feet of grandeur that was redesigned by celebrated architect Thierry Despont. Similarly, Giampiero consolidated apartments 807, 808 and 809 (close to 6,000 square feet combined) into one of the building’s most beautiful corner units.

23 East 67th Street, Commercial Townhouse: In a very creative negotiation, Giampiero took over an existing contract in order to acquire this unique elevator townhouse located on one of the hottest commercial retail strips in Manhattan. Giampiero leased the ground floor to Bottega Veneta, and transformed the property into an art gallery destination. In less than 10 years, the value of the property has increased tenfold.
33 East 67th Street, Italian Trade Commission Headquarters: After successfully conveying to the Italian government the benefits and prestige of owning versus renting its offices for the Italian Trade Commission, Giampiero arranged for the disposition of the ITC’s previous offices, and negotiated the purchase of its current headquarters.
