Douglas Dunn provides the highest level of customer service because simply, he cares. Which is why he is proud to be the recipient of the Citi-Habitats Customer Service Award for his Midtown East office. Douglas has been told that he is a great listener and very detailed oriented. He is able to find those unique apartments for the majority of his clients by patiently listening to their needs and then finding the appropriate apartment within their parameters.

Douglas works with clients seeking large one/two bedroom or larger apartment rentals and also specializes in lofts and new development buildings throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Douglas has eight years of experience in the management and training of sales staff for The Gap and for an Internet company. Dealing with the unique and specific needs of his sales force (and retail clientele) afforded Douglas with the ability to listen and determine his clients’ ideal needs. He also perfected project management skills, enabling him to be more efficient with his clients’ time.

Douglas is presently at Charles Rutenberg Realty wants to explore the field of real estate further and would eventually like to work exclusively with international clientele. He feels that his international background and exposure provides him with a clear understanding of what international clients look for in terms of apartment style, location and the level of customer service they expect.
