Anna Zarro

Anna Zarros diversified experience as a salesperson, on-site specialist, manager and director has resulted in a multifaceted career in new development marketing, sales and leasing that is rivaled by few. With nearly a decade in real estate, she has done everything, from pounding the pavement with buyers and renters to handling exclusives for sellers, managing properties for investors, interfacing within C-level development meetings, and operating on-site in buildings managing campaigns both for sale and leasing up. In every case, she has delivered the utmost service and results.

As Director of Marketing and Leasing for TOWN's new development leasing division, Anna is responsible for overseeing all on-site business, developing new business and leading a talented team, with the goal to satisfy every client. Her first accomplishment in the new development arena was the sell-out of a true marketmaking condo building (that set record prices on the Lower East Side) within 3 months, beating timeline projections by more than half. Her most recent was the lease up of 122 apartments in Midtown West that blended just under $80 per SF and hit a high of $135 per SF. Over the years, Anna has worked with many prominent developers, owners and landlords, among them First Dominion Development, Extell, Broadmill Development, BLDG, and LargaVista Companies. Some properties she has represented include Icon, The Aldyn, The Ashley, Carriage House and One Ave B. She has also collaborated on projects backed by an impressive roster of designers and architects in NYC such as Ismael Leyva, Costas Kondylis, Gustavo Martinez, GHWA, Roman and Williams, Mathews Nielsen, McGinley Design and Guild Studio.

Anna is passionate about her work and serious about her commitments, which is why she gives 120 percent to every project or client she takes on. This level of attention, concern, determination and tenacity truly sets her apart. Her success also stems from her ability to be an excellent and active listener, as well as a creative thinker and shrewd negotiator skills she learned early on as the middle-born of seven children! Originally from beautiful Maui, Hawaii, Anna resides on the Upper East Side and has lived on Sutton Place, in Long Island City and Astoria. She is active in semi-professional tango and salsa dancing, enjoys hosting dinner parties/salons, and organizes events for charity groups focused on youth development, education, and integrating culture and communities. Anna is the youngest founding member of the Kihei Public Charter School on Maui.
