In the commercial field, Charles recently sold the “Madison Hotel” and received an award for that complicated sale. Charles also recently sold several Multi Family, Mixed Use and Office Buildings. He meticulously coordinated the complex Townhouse purchase (for land) of both 250-252 East 49th Street (formerly The Box Tree) and 254 East 49th Street which are currently being developed into a hi-rise building. Also, he helped successfully advise and market several condo development projects including: 15 West 17th Street and 137 Duane also known as The Diamond on Duane.

He successfully procured the sale of a stunning Penthouse at Trump World Tower for $8,350,000 and numerous large apartment sales on Park and Fifth Avenue's. His keen knowledge of new developments encourages him to look at each project through a "developer's" eyes with particular emphasis on detail and bottom line. This skill enables him to achieve a maximum return on investment for his clients. As well as being featured in many of New York's major real estate publications, Charles has won some of the most prominent awards and memberships.
