Justin is a real estate expert who has worked in the industry for the past seven years and in that time he has cultivated a unique niche market, servicing buyers, sellers and developers. He is an avid communicator who has an innate ability to understand his client’s needs. That coupled with his extensive knowledge of the industry and his networks of contacts have attributed to his success.

While building his career with a focus on enhancing the real estate experience for those he represents in the process, Justin doesn’t view himself so much as a real estate agent, rather he considers himself a real estate consultant. Justin provides his clients a full range of services that compliment and enrich the overall experience. He is a perfectionist who goes to all lengths to get the job done properly.

Justin spent several years under the tutelage of Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes where he worked closely with developers, architects, and design teams to sell out several new condominium developments in Manhattan. He was there every step of the way inhaling and learning the process from CPS-1 to closings. The experienced gained by working alongside a team with over $2B in sales has blessed Justin with a vast amount of invaluable knowledge that translated into many new development transactions.

When Justin is not servicing his clients he enjoys traveling the globe exploring new cultures. He also enjoys the luxury of living in what he calls Manhattan’s trophy hood, the West Village, where some of his favorite dining venues also call home. Justin has enjoyed offering his time to Habitat for Humanity projects, where lead a team in 2007 to build homes in the Hurricane Katrina aftermath down in New Orleans.
