Milton Coste

Born and raised in the Inwood, Washington Heights section of Upper Manhattan, Milton's career began as an assistant at a non-profit organization, where he worked closely with some of the top real estate developers and executives. Inspired by their success, Milton launched his real estate career in the fall of 2001.

At his former company, Milton quickly rose to Managing Partner/Principal Broker, excelling in technology, marketing, leadership, negotiation, and customer service. Over the years, he has been involved in over 2,000 transactions, including selling and leasing commercial, investment, and residential properties across the five boroughs. In June 2016, he joined Keller Williams NYC.

Milton enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. As a lifelong New Yorker, his extensive knowledge of market trends and New York's history makes him an invaluable consultant. Fluent in Spanish, Milton has a passion for technology and the cultural arts. In his free time, he enjoys cheering for local sports teams, traveling, and exploring the world.

Milton is an active member of REBNY, the National Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, and the New York State Association of REALTORS®. His memberships in both OneKey MLS and REBNY's RLS give his listings maximum exposure from Long Island, New York City, Westchester, Hudson Valley, and beyond.
