William Hobbs

My real estate career began in 2004, first with the commercial brokerage and developer, Soho Properties, followed by six-years at Douglas Elliman’s 17th Street office selling Manhattan residential co-ops and condos. I founded Evans & Nye in 2010.

Today, years of experience in the marketplace, both marketing and negotiating major sales for important clients, across the spectrum of asset types and price points, has given me the expertise to handle the purchase, leasing, or sale of real estate, leaving no detail unattended.

I am a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and hold an MBA in Real Estate Asset Management from New York University.

Evans & Nye is named as a Valentine for my Grandmothers. I have the pleasure of taking their names with me to work.
