Cory Kantin is ranked #7 Individual Agent in Brooklyn by the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends and has been Corcoran's Salesperson of the Year in Williamsburg since 2021. She has done over 500M in transactions and has built her business through her integrity, knowledge and enthusiasm for NYC.

An extravert by nature, Cory loves meeting new people and helping them through what is likely the most emotional transaction in their lifetime. She’s one part negotiator, one part therapist, one part strategist, and when necessary, she can make you a pretty fantastic cocktail.

Cory is also a perfectionist and will only be satisfied by doing the best job she can, which means getting her asking price (or above) 90% of the time for her sellers. In a business that fluctuates, this statistic is pretty much unheard of and it means the world to Cory, to meet or exceed the number that she and the client agreed on when they hired her.

After 20 years (2004-2024), selling from 96th St to Park Slope, she’s seen (most) everything and thoroughly enjoys walking her clients through “Adventures in NYC, Housing Edition.”

In her free time, Cory is a mom, a skier, a yogi, and a local activist/board member of Community Board 1 and her condo board in Williamsburg.
