Victoria Hersh

With over fifteen years of real estate experience, Victoria Hersh is known for her integrity, keen insights, and diligence. She works hard to understand her client’s objectives and provide superior outcomes that are always in their best interests. She brings her vast knowledge of neighborhoods throughout New York City including apartment buildings, layouts, values and potential for usefulness and design, along with a sensitivity to the needs and expectations of both buyers and sellers. From smaller co-ops and condos in the multi-million dollar range to expansive 12-room homes and larger, she has helped her clients navigate through the intricacies of NYC real estate amidst all different market conditions. She was raised in Manhattan and graduated from the University of Vermont. After earning a master’s degree in education, Victoria taught at The Dalton School in New York. She has been active in the New York Community, including her service as a board member of the Carnegie Hill Neighbors Association for several years. Victoria works tirelessly to create the right fit for buyers and sellers and to achieve her clients’ goals, in what is one of the most important decisions in their lives.
