Shyda Hoque

Shyda has worked in Brooklyn Real Estate for over nine years with clients finding their home in the “communities” of Brooklyn. As a transplant from Texas she has experienced from her own search for a home how difficult it can be for some to find an apartment in New York City. She strongly believes that everybody is meant to live where they are supposed to and hopes she can be a resource to help both tenants and landlords find their match! For a deal is not made to just to create a transaction, but to build a relationship of trust that will last throughout the years. Whether you are signing your first lease or selling a home she will always advocate for you! Shyda has been an active member of her community since moving to NYC in 2005. Love of community and creating art is her love. In the past, she has volunteered for local campaigns, taught kids art on Governors Island and served on the Litwing at The Lark Playwright Development Center. Creating art and community are her two great passions and helping people find a home is a service she does not take for granted!
