Brendan Gilligan learned from his father that the day you buy real estate is the day you sell. Originally from Ireland, County Sligo where he began selling real estate in 1991, Brendan came to New York City in 2002 and continued his successful career. Brendan speaks to his clients with his extensive knowledge, having represented buyers and sellers of single-family homes, multi-family homes, co-ops and condos. Brendan's broad professional background also involved working in hedge funds and studying photography, giving him a strong knowledge of financial markets and a creative eye for value.
