Gloria Nimetz has consistently ranked as one of Brown Harris Stevens top brokers for over fifteen years including being the first, second and third. She came to real estate with a successful background in business and in negotiation.

Specializing in quality properties (co-ops, townhouses and condominiums), Ms. Nimetz has an in-depth knowledge of the overall marketplace and works with both buyers and sellers on the East and West sides, uptown and downtown. She particularly likes to work with people who value the attention and experience of a person who will give them a fair and knowledgeable assessment of properties, and who has the financial and business acumen to serve their needs at critical times especially negotiation and preparation of board packages.

Ms. Nimetz is a graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, speaks French, Spanish and German, and has an Master’s Degree in Business Administration from American University in Washington, D.C. with a specialty in international business. She was the first female vice president of Frank B. Hall of New York, a corporate international insurance brokerage firm, has two grown children, and she has worked as Special Assistant in the International Trade Administration in Washington, D.C.
