A native Texan, Curtis’ easy-going manner perfectly complements his highly persuasive negotiating skills, which earned him his designation as a “Certified Negotiations Expert”.

Even before entering the world of high-end real estate, Curtis had an innate sense of what luxury consumers want, enjoying a successful career in advertising, marketing brands such as Mercedes-Benz and American Express.

Curtis is a New York State Licensed Associate Real Broker and graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Fine Arts, which he clearly demonstrates with his great eye for architectural space and amazing attention to detail.
