Patrick’s family laid the foundation for the person and the broker he is today. As one of eight children, he learned to be a team player and strengthened his ability to communicate, problem-solve and accommodate others at an early age. With over $300M sold in his career, Patrick represents a wide range of clients from esteemed professionals to high-profile clients to developers and has played an essential role in the launch and sales of 305 W 16th Street - totaling 85 total transactions in that one building. Additionally, he has represented many new development buyers throughout the city including five recent transactions at Toll Brothers' 77 Charlton Street, achieving a record highest price per square foot for one of its first resales. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Patrick devoted several years to directing and producing theater and still finds inspiration by frequenting NYC’s dynamic theater scene. He is passionate about the progression of his community and has been active with GLAAD’s leadership council, Live Out Loud, and a top fundraiser for The Gay Men’s Health Crisis. Originally from Boston, Patrick has lived in New York for the past 23 years and loves its culture, lifestyle, and unique neighborhoods. He currently resides in Hell’s Kitchen with his husband and their Morkie named Millie.
