With over a decade of real estate experience, John possesses an in-depth, multifaceted knowledge of the business. A perpetual student of the industry, he earned a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from NYU with a focus on development. He also has several years of experience financing mortgages, and is happy to help clients navigate the complex bank-financing process. A lifelong lover of the fine arts, John studied and practiced at the University of Delaware and formerly owned an interior design company. A lifelong New Yorker who has lived and worked everywhere from Tribeca and the West Village to the Upper East Side and Brooklyn, John has an in-depth understanding of the market throughout every neighborhood in the city. He is currently renovating his loft near Prospect Park, where he serves on the board of directors. An enthusiastic athlete, John surfs, skis, snowboards, plays golf, and does yoga.
