Ron Emenheiser, “Captain Ron”, is celebrating his eighth year in residential real estate sales with Brown Harris Stevens in Brooklyn. He has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, including commercial brokerage and buying, selling and managing his own extensive portfolio of investment properties. With his deep understanding of both residential and commercial markets, Ron repeatedly demonstrates his strength in negotiating win-win scenarios that fulfill the needs of his clients whether he is representing buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants. After an aviation career including two tours of duty as a U.S. Air Force pilot and twenty plus years as captain on flights for Fortune 100 corporations in the New York metro area, Ron decided to retire his wings. Today, Ron applies the same confidence, self-assurance and quick decision making skills honed as a pilot when representing his clients. Since joining Brown Harris Stevens, Ron has kept himself active, interested and open to learning all he can about his industry by completing specialized training as a Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Buyer’s Representative. He earned the prestigious New York Residential Specialist designation, at the time, a distinction attained by only two percent of all New York City agents.
