Trevor Williams is a seasoned New York City real estate professional with over 20 years of experience helping clients navigate the city's complex and competitive market. For the past six years, he has been a top-performing salesperson at Compass, specializing in both sales and rentals across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Trevor began his real estate career in 2007, working with buyers, sellers, and renters in neighborhoods including the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, and Chelsea. His success is rooted in a philosophy of quality over quantity, and his clients appreciate his deep market knowledge, strategic approach, and personalized service.

Prior to joining Compass, Trevor spent a decade at Citi Habitats, where he held a managerial role for two years. In that capacity, he worked closely with senior leadership to support agents in growing their businesses—offering guidance on everything from marketing and negotiations to database development and client strategy. He also played a key role in hiring, mentoring, and training both new and experienced agents.

Before entering real estate, Trevor developed his customer service acumen at a major national retailer and operated his own computer troubleshooting and repair business—experiences that sharpened his problem-solving skills and client-first mindset.

A lifelong New Yorker, Trevor currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife. He brings both professional insight and a personal connection to the neighborhoods he serves.
