Born and raised in New York City, Nelson Cabassa has spent almost 15 years working successfully in Real Estate. His vast market knowledge, expert service and sharp negotiating skills arm every client what’s needed to make their transactions an inevitable success.

Nelson has served as a Managing Director at Bond New York the Upper East Side, Midtown West, and Village office locations, Mark David, and SDB Residential. He has been a member of the Top 1% Producers during his tenure at Bond New York.

In addition, he has trained a large number of agents at Bond New York, and several other firms, who have gone on to have very successful careers in Real Estate. Although his primary focus is in Residential Real Estate, he has successfully closed every type of transaction and represented buyers and sellers in every borough of NYC, and Long Island!

A former Broadway Actor and Concert Dancer Nelson brings the same tenacious spirit, ingenuity and creativity to Real Estate. This has translated effortlessly into hundreds of closed transactions per year and many repeat customers.
