Alex Pearl

Born to a family of successful New York City real estate brokers, New York native Alex Pearl began his first foray in the industry updating listing data when he was just a teenager. After graduating from Stuyvesant High and NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Alex made his way out west where, for 10 years, he worked as in-demand talent manager and acting coach — experiences he credits with reinforcing the importance of patience and putting the client's needs ahead of his own. It wasn't long before Alex heeded the enduring call of New York real estate, however, and he's been a sought-after resource for Brooklyn and Manhattan buyers and sellers for nearly than a decade.
