Sheilla Manigat-Levin has enjoyed her real estate career for nearly a decade, spending a portion of that time as an on-site agent/consultant for numerous top developers such as Larry Silverstein, Sidney Fetner Associates, The Moinian Group, Douglaston Development, The Jack Parker Corporation and Glenwood Management. On every project, Sheilla led the way in sales or rentals, garnering the highest conversion ratio. Upon becoming an independent broker, she never broke stride, quickly closing lucrative transactions. 

Having grossed over $160 million in sales and rented over 500 luxury apartments from the Financial District to the Upper West Side, Sheilla knows the Manhattan market inside out. Her years of success working for developers give her a rare knowledge she now applies in guiding individual clients though the real estate process. What’s more, Sheilla understands the intricacies of pricing and marketing thanks to an invaluable apprenticeship under Nancy Packes, founder of Feathered Nest Real Estate, or as a top producer for Extell’s Orion Condominium. 

While Sheilla boasts superb negotiating skills, she is especially proud of the bond she often forms with her clients – the result of an unflagging dedication to serving their best interests. She is also vigilant about keeping her finger on the pulse of the New York market.
